How do I know my work promotes anti-socialism?

At my work, in the women's restroom (and presumeably the men's although I haven't personally seen it) is a sign. It's divided into 3 sections horizontally. The title says something about health, and on the bottom section, there is an illustration of what it's talking about. The words are too small to read at a glance (and who wants to stop and read work restroom propaganda?).

In one part of the picture, it shows a group of stick figures closely clustered together. There's a bright red circle around the cluster with a slash through it, indicating that being around people is bad.

The second part of the picture has only three stick figures. These stick figures are spaced as far apart from each other as the space in the picture will allow.

Thus, my work promotes anti-socialism. Being around other people is bad for your health.

P.S. Dear God, please save me from the vaccinated people. I don't know why they think getting vaccinated is a good idea, but please don't let me get sick because of them. I really thought my work had it down with promoting anti-socialism, but now I find I was wrong. They are offering vaccinations at work at a reduced pricing. Forgive them Father, for most of them probably know not what they do.
