When YOU call ME... and I says "Hello, may I ask who's calling?"... the proper response is "My name is (blank) and I would like to speak to (blank)." It's incredibly rude to call somewhere and demand to speak to someone without identifying yourself. SO DON'T DO IT.

Also, who know that Q-tips, which most people use to clean their ears, says right on their box "Caution: Do not stick into ear canal." This must have been a recently occuring thing, not that I am in the habit of reading what's on boxes to see if I am properly using whatever it is.

And I saved the best for last. (I am learning a new disgust for californians). Just recently, some californians decided to sue the company I work for because the customers are not told that the Sprint Nextel sim cards (the device that holds the service) are locked so that they cannot be use in other cellular carriers equipment... Because they are not told this, CA thinks Sprint Nextel should compensate them in some way. This about made me blow a gasket when I read about it. Why? ... because this isn't the only incredibly ignoramous lawsuit CA has thrown at Sprint Nextel. And let me you, I have no love lost for the company I work for, but give me a break... Are the people living in CA that stupid? No other state has as many "special requirements" as CA in regards to handling their service. (If only God would strike them dead. Then they wouldn't need their stupid cellphones).
